Comstock recently completed 4 wells that include Section 28 - 12N-14W.

Hi
Thanks skip...I also have property in section 21-12N-14W ...have you heard of any permits or developments in that section

Section 21 - 12N-14W is somewhat of an enigma.  The entire township has proven Haynesville and Bossier reserves but not only is Section 21 not developed for either, it is not even unitized for the Haynesville as far as I know.  Nothing on my maps provides a clue why this is.  I don't show any faults or any surface features that would make development difficult.  In cases like this, I tend to think there is a title problem, ownership dispute or a mineral owner with very large acreage holdings that refuses to lease.

Thanks skip...if you get any info on this matter would you please please let me...thanks

I have so much on my plate, I'm afraid I won't remember but feel free to remind me occasionally.

I also have property in section 16-12-14 in desoto parish...is anyone aware of any permits or activity in that section

SWN has a field order for three more wells in 16.

This area has suffered immense environmental degradation…
