How can CHK get away with with withholding completion information from TRRC for 100 days on this well.

The Railroad Commission is the problem. They are notoriously slow. There is a service in Autin that they can refer you too and will get the info for you for a fee, go figure!
Jon Williamson or anyone who can answer,

Does the RRC make money off of these "for a fee" sites having this information first or are they just not able to keep up?
