Has Chesapeake, Hawk or any other producer actually piped any production to market and sold it (so royalties were actually paid to the landowners), or have all of these completed wells been shut-in waiting on pipelines, better market, etc.?

They are selling gas.

Have royalty checks been sent out? Ask the royalty owners.

It may take months from completion till the first checks go out. Most companies will wait till the title opinions and division orders are complete.

Some companies won't pay untill the division order is signed.
I appreciate your response, but my question is has anyone on this board/site actually begun receiving royalty payments?
Yes, many of them in 15/15 Caddo Parish
Be sure and look at the decimal amount/unit acres on your division order and check stub. We were paid one check two years ago by Sulpher River Exploration right before they went bankrupt. I didn't pay attenetion to the decimal amount and the 480.00 check seemed right. But since the haynseville hipe I got online and used a couple of royalty calculators and discovered that I only recieved 25% of what my check should have been. Goodrich owns my lease now and I will check that first thing when the division order is recieved. Just FYI.
Thanks for the replies. I'm glad that royalty payments have started. It would be great to hear from someone who has personally received the payments to see how long it took from the drilling of the well to the receiving of the royalty payments.
Good question. It would also add some balance to know if very many are actually getting any money yet. Or, has all the activity just been in leasing and filpping leases?

I do know people who are getting royalty checks but I could not answer in specific terms for them.

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.

This area has suffered immense environmental degradation…
