LesB - so it only considers the cost of the well and operating and not lease bonuses or prep work?

thanks for the explanation. it's still Greek to me. But, maybe Aubrey was thinking of decision case economics when he famously dismissed lease costs??? ("$30,000 an acre is chump change")
