How much is 6.5 acres of land worth by land only and by land and minerals? Just for fun.
I am figuring out my net worth in Quicken. SE DeSoto, near Pelican.
I should be cleaning my house this is more fun to ponder....
So far all I have is bonus money.
What is the real value?
If I was hit by a truck today and my kids decided to liquidate all my holdings (I have a trust and they can't but for this scenario, let's say they did).
What would be the value right now for A: Land only and B: Minerals and land? Per Acre? All acres.
I am sure there are some realtors, land sharks, or others who monitor property sales, especially now.
NO, I am NOT interested in selling, just trying to get a figure for financial statement.

Sorry to say, but I haven't been watching National Geographic lately. I have friends that are working in Dubai. They seem to think that it is the next Garden of Eden! Personally, I have no desire nor intention of checking it out for myself.
On the otherhand, I could be enticed with an all expense paid trip to Snake Island. I could even manage to overlook all of the creepy crawly critters on your island. Would Mr. Cathaus be required to dress in drag? I hope not because I just hate it when he looks prettier than me! -
