How much is 6.5 acres of land worth by land only and by land and minerals? Just for fun.

How much is 6.5 acres of land worth by land only and by land and minerals? Just for fun.
I am figuring out my net worth in Quicken. SE DeSoto, near Pelican.
I should be cleaning my house this is more fun to ponder....
So far all I have is bonus money.
What is the real value?
If I was hit by a truck today and my kids decided to liquidate all my holdings (I have a trust and they can't but for this scenario, let's say they did).
What would be the value right now for A: Land only and B: Minerals and land? Per Acre? All acres.
I am sure there are some realtors, land sharks, or others who monitor property sales, especially now.
NO, I am NOT interested in selling, just trying to get a figure for financial statement.

Sorry to say, but I haven't been watching National Geographic lately. I have friends that are working in Dubai. They seem to think that it is the next Garden of Eden! Personally, I have no desire nor intention of checking it out for myself.
On the otherhand, I could be enticed with an all expense paid trip to Snake Island. I could even manage to overlook all of the creepy crawly critters on your island. Would Mr. Cathaus be required to dress in drag? I hope not because I just hate it when he looks prettier than me!

I'd rather walk through a lion's den in a pair of porkchop panties than see snake in that dress again.
