Hi Folks,

Well, I am hearing that a number of the wells are coming in in SE Red River Parish at relatively low IP and with a lot of water.  It is my understanding that water can interfere with production, but that at least some remediation to increase productivity is possible.  So I am looking for a little more insight from you Petroleum Engineers out there - are there tried and true ways to fix a water problem?  There is also some talk of Encana working on better frac'ing methods for the type of conditions being hit in this area.

Thanks much for any input - Bob Duke
