Look at DNR site tonight, I noticed that Indigo is applying for CULs in T14 R16. Is this the farthest south they have gone and is it the first time for anyone to apply for CULs in Cotton Valley

@ Jackie, no, Sec. 21 of 14 15 not included (wish it was). @ John Goodday, people who own land near where new drilling is going to occur get a notice of when the hearing will take place and what areas are involved in the projected drilling. Since my friend has reserved minerals, he got the notice. I am looking at the first notice he got (he got another one on Friday). It looks like Indigo is going to drill in Sections 5, 8 of T13 R14 as first wells in the area. I do not see anything for 13/15 yet (I have minerals in that area too, so am watching it closely). I didn't see this on DNR website, and only got one sheet from my friend, so assume this hearing is in Sept. The big exciting thing is that Indigo (the main driller for LNG) has moved this far east in Desoto.
