tx. I checked legis website and found same info. Sounds like you got some info that hasn't been posted to the state's website, yet.
typically, when a bill goes to commitee to die, ther is no update unless it goes to vote and is turned down, many bill are just never further considered...
GD, my earlier comment about the risk penalty was concerning HB 1128.
