This is my wild GUESS and it is only a GUESS and does not take into account the decline rate of the well and a lot of other considerations.
COMPLETED 8-27-08; GAS; HAYNESVILLE RA; 7605 MCFD; 20/64 CHOKE; PERFS 11,800-16,174' MD; 11,445-11,527' TVD

For 1 acre and a well doing 7,605 MCF per day, using $6.00 per MCF, that would be approximately $45,630.00 per day, then for a 3 month period (90 days) would total $6,416.72 per acre, then 25% "cost free" royalty would be $1,604.18 for the 3 month period for 1 acre, or $17.82 per day

I do not think that these figures are out of the question. There are a couple of Chesapeake wells in the area that have produced higher rates, about 250,000 mcf per month for the last 2 months. I posted those calculations somewhere in another discussion.
Thank you guys for all the infor. this is all greek to me but im learning. Also my royalty's are wrote up as 3/16, for 1 acre. of a 640 unit. do you know what % that would be? 17or19 ??? It's been 3yrs ago and i've slept since then at leased tried to.LOL I really didn't think anything would come of this gas doings. But Glory it has.
robert jr. 3/16 = .1875 (18.75%).
Thank you Skip peel. Robert Jr.
