ANYONE HEARD GETTING AN OFFER OF 400.00 PER ACRE ONE TIME FOR THREE YEARS, INSTEAD OF PER MONTH?

I have never heard of getting paid by the month for a lease bonus but I guess it could happen.

I've heard of leases paid each year, but not per month.
