Attn: Louisiana Royalty Owners
Davidson Summers, APLC, together with the Smith Stag and Fleming law firms of New Orleans, Louisiana, are now accepting cases from land and royalty owners who believe that they have been underpaid mineral royalties because of improper post-production cost.
Our representation in these disputes is being offered on a contingent fee basis to approved clients; that is, our legal fee will be a percentage of the unpaid funds recovered in the litigation. The client will also be responsible for costs if the case is successful. The client will pay nothing if the litigation is resolved against the client. This means that the client will not be charged either fees or costs if we lose the client’s case.
Each potential client’s case will be evaluated on its own merits.
If you believe costs are being deducted from your royalty on an improper basis and wish to discuss this with one of the attorneys in our group, there is no charge for a pre-engagement consultation.
