We inherited some mineral rights in and around 33-13N-16W.  Most of it is under lease from decades ago, however we do not have copies of the leases.  How does one locate copies of old leases?  Would the operators be willing or able to provide?  Just trying to cleanup some loose ends and understand exactly what we have.  Thanks

Ran into the same issues and frustration. I highly reccommend Mr. Skip Peel. Would have never figured out the issues. I tried and tried. He is honest and works very hard. The most important aspect is that he really understands the twists and turns of Louisiana law. So worth it.
