Luminant to idle 2 of 3 Monticello units during non-peak months

This isn't much  of a change from recent conditions, at least as reported.  However, it firmly takes about 1200 MW (250 BCF NG equivalent) off the possibility of being used for baseload, outside of the peak months.  

The report indicates the change is not due to EPA rules.  I suspect, therefore, its due to electricity costs.  http://www.cbs19.tv/story/19436965/luminant-to-idle-monticello-unit...
