Management services

Short of hiring your own attorney, are there any firms that will handle royalty payments for a percentage?

I.e. for x percent, they'll audit the production, and keep the production company honest.

I realize there's potential (probability) that the management service just sits on their youhoo and takes their cut.

For UMI's or leased property owners?

For what it is worth, J-O'B Operating Co. does work for me also. They're located on the 8th floor of the JP Morgan-Chase Building on Texas St. in downtown Shreveport.

You might try Argent Financial Services out of Ruston; Joe Rainer would be the individual I would contact. They handle various mineral/royalty management services on a percent basis or fee. Seem very professional and competent.

Thanks for the info. I'd be interested in more experiences from actual customers. Rates, percentages, satisfaction, etc.

Tuscaloosa Trend Sits On Top Of Poorest Neighbourhood For Decades - Yet No Royalties Ever Paid To The Community -- Why??

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.
