could post. I have no idea how close i am to any activety in Bossier Parish.

I own 10 acres in township 18n   11w  section  18. Is their activety close.

I would appreciate a map, so many intelligent people on this site I know

freddie, not much going on in your area.  The best way to track development activity is to learn how to use the state database, SONRIS Lite.  Here's a link to a tutorial in the SONRIS HELP CENTER group.

You can download a free map of Bossier Parish with Section-Township-Range here:

http://www.dotd.la.gov/planning/mapping/home.aspx

Click Accept and then select the Bossier Parish pdf.

I find this web site to be useful:

Make sure you have the PLSS box checked.

SONRIS has the best map, it has many useful layers, especially if you need to see oil and gas activity.
Above map is with all active wells, and HA units.
Hello The Baron could you please tell me what site this is?  The link would be great. Thank you.

Thank you Baron I appreciate the input

Freddie, attached is an example of a map you can create from Sonris of your area.  You will notice a few Haynesville Shale wells in the area.

This area has suffered immense environmental degradation…
