I understand there is a grand difference between "mineral rights" and "Royalties".  I have an old document that is part of a will and I am named as a benefactor using the expression "quitclaim".  How do I find out what I actually own?  It is not at all practical for me to go to Amite County to look up the deed.  Suggestions?
