I'm not surprised that Expand is looking to shoot some seismic in your area. There is little well control to the right depth to help inform and guide development. It would be helpful to share the lease terms that Expand is offering. From what we are hearing, both Expand and GEPH II are aggressively leasing in your area. Good luck.
