HOUSTON, May 28 – Cadeville Gas Storage LLC, Houston, a unit of Cardinal Gas Storage Partners LLC, will develop natural gas storage in depleted Cadeville field in Ouachita Parish 10 miles southwest of Monroe, La.

Cadeville Gas Storage has reached initial agreement with an anchor customer, is holding a nonbinding open season June 1-30, and is scheduled to begin operation in 2012.

The three to four-turn facility is to have peak injection and deliverability of 420 MMcfd with 16.5 bcf of working gas storage. The open season will be for 11.5 bcf of firm capacity. Cadeville will connect with six gas transmission systems.
