A  friend of mine owns property and associated minerals in St. Helena Parish about 8 to 10 miles north of Greensburg, thought to be off of Highway 141. ( I am sorry, but STR is unknown at this time.  I will provide that data as it becomes available.)  The reason for this post is that her sister — undivided ownership —  has recently received a lease offer for $80 per acre and an unknown mineral royalty.  

Has anyone else been receiving offers?  From whom? And what terms?

I apologize for the paucity of info, will rectify as situation clarifies.
