A new well was drilled and according to Sonris started producing in January 2023.

After repeated emails to operator verifying ownership, my family has not received a royalty payment. I am positive we own the mineral rights.

Do we have the right to renegotiate the lease royalty payment terms due to non payment?  Or other option to increase NRI due to non payment?

What should I do?
