Offers to buy leased minerals in Walker County

Our minerals are leased a few months back. We have gotten two letters offering to buy our leased minerals. One from a group in Houston and the recent one from Southwestern in Dallas. They are obviously cruising the courthouse recordings. They must also know or suspect major movement. Any ideas or speculation?

Is that Southwest Petroleum LP in Dallas? If it is... I got a letter on a tiny interest in Chambers Co. that was leased to Samson last year. I suspect they are just sending out mass mailings to anyone who has a lease. I doubt that they have any specific information as to activity.

Yes. SW in Dallas and another group in Houston.
