There shall be no covenant to drill exploratory wells or any additional well except as expressly provided herein----------- The question (1)Drilling addition wells -does this put a time limit on HBP with one well, if so what is the time limit??? question (2) developing reservoirs then capable of producing in paying quantities does this effect leases without depth pugh clause that Lessee must then drill a deeper well to proven contiguous shale wells or formation deeper that the well that is in effect controlling lease HBP in area. THIS IS TEXAS LEASE
