Does    PLUG AND ABANDON shown on Sonris under COMPLETION DATE mean they

have cancelled drilling our well?

Nope.  You're good to drill.  The SONRIS Lite Well File should be viewed as a blank form with sections with headings.  The white text in the blue boxes denotes different sections of the standard form.  A section is not applicable until it has data entered in it (under the headings).  There is a section for Plug & Abandon because all wells, one day, will be plugged and abandoned when no longer productive.  Just as there is section for Well Test which will be filled in after a well is completed and the State Potential Test is run to assign the well an Allowable.
