Ponds

I have 75 acres which would give me room for 1 or 2 more ponds. I have 1 now but I can't keep the cows out of it in warm weather. Does anybody know who I could contact that would build the ponds for the water etc. I had heard some of the companies would build the ponds and pay for the water. I have a coupleof places that have springs.
