Property Tax payments, is the bill coming in the mail soon?
Has anyone received a Property Tax bill for DeSoto Parish yet?
If I remember right they mail them some time around now (I asked the same question last year, can't remember the answer, sorry, I don't want to remember)?

I haven't received my DeSoto Parish Tax bill as of yet, but I did receive my City of Mansfield Tax notice last week. The parish tax notices are usually mailed out about a week or so later. ....... I was the Deputy Tax Collector for the DeSoto Parish Sheriff's office back in the 70's. There weren't any computers back then, so the other office deputy and I had to type all the tax notices using old royal electric typewriters........ the notices were pre-numbered, so we had to be careful not to make a mistake.

City yesterday, and Parish today. Not much change, I don't think. I'll have to look it up to see a difference. Did you expect more?

I've never heard of a Homestead notice. What are you talking about?????

Thanks, I will watch for it in the mail over the next few days.
I live out of state, so I was not sure if mine was late or had been lost in the mail.
