I LIVE IN STONEWALL SEC 21 AND WE GOT A CONTRACT AND NICE LETTER FROM PINNACLE OIL AND GAS WANTING TO BUY 1/2 OF MY MINERAL LEASE FOR A WHOPPING $3000.00. THAT MAKES ME SICK TO MY STOMACH.

a royalty acre is one acre w/100% of its mineral leased at 1/8.

You are leased at 1/5 or 1.6 royalty acres per acre. You would be paid, $3,600 per acre if you own 100% of the minerals.
