There was a well drilled in my section on September 9, 2010. I have not received any royalty payments. I have a paper with all of the well information that includes the starting date, ending date, depth, etc. Do you know if this is the normal time for the procedure of payment. It has been 8 months and I have not heard anything from the company.

Looked up on another thread that Charlotte posted on previously. She is asking about the Norris well (SN 241995), Sec. 1, T13N-R13W, Desoto Parish, Red River - Bull Bayou Field.
Charlotte:
Scout report still shows what you had discussed previously on another thread ("Royalty Payments"). TD was reached on October 26 of last year. It does not appear that the well has been fracked yet, without which the well will not produce from the HA. No production, no royalties.
To avoid creating redundant threads, please consider abandoning this thread and posting back in your prior thread. You already have much of the information regarding *your* well in the previous one, which would save your having to repeat yourself and having others inquire as to same.

Before we started this site, googling "shale' brought up little information. Certainly nothing that was useful as we negotiated a lease. Read More |
