For the information of those who use SONRIS, I have made a number of attempts to point out problems with little response and no obvious effort to fix the problems. I've been patient and waited long enough for those problems to be addressed. I just sent the following text in an email to one of the staffers I have been communicating with and if nothing is fixed I will follow up with the contact information for higher ups who I will be contacting next.

When I pull up a Data well file and click on the blue serial number I should be seeing the documents for that well. Instead what I get is the SONRIS Portal. Before I start sending emails and calling the Commissioner or the Secretary, I wanted to see if you could provide me with the contact information for the staff person in charge of SONRIS.
