Has anyone heard the outcome of yesterday's public hearing (3/20/12) in Baton Rouge re: permission to drill in Terryville section of Lincoln Parish? Proposal is for Cotton Valley.

It's too soon for the Commissioner's Field Orders to be posted to the database. However, once unit applications reach the Baton Rouge hearings it is very rare for an application to be denied.
Fritha, I should add that these Wildhorse units are Gray Sand Units, not Cotton Valley.
SMACKOVER NORTH LOUISIANA GRAY SANDSTONE GAS PLAY:
This play is defined by "Smackover Gray Sandstone" reservoirs that produce gas condensate from structural-stratigraphic traps in a narrow east-west trend immediately south of the North Louisiana Stateline Graben trend.
