I am a UMI in a well in section 33, T16N, R15W.
The well log on SONRIS says it started "Flowing to Sales" on 1/11/10. The next report on 1/27/10 says "Well Potentialed". How long should it be before results for this well are reported?
Also, I will need to follow up my original letter that was sent at the time the well was spud. I understand that a follow up letter needs to be sent 90 days after the completion of the well (per 30.103.1). Would that date be from the time the well was listed as waiting on pipeline (reported 12/14/09 but presumably completed by then), or when it was flowing to sales (1/11/10), when it was reported as "potentialed" (1/27/10) or when the flow rate and state potential are reported?

Before we started this site, googling "shale' brought up little information. Certainly nothing that was useful as we negotiated a lease. Read More |
