Good morning,
We are about to sell Mom's house and the buyer wants the mineral rights, Her section is 27 18n 3w. I don't show any activity at this time but I'm wondering if the buyer knows something we don't. Mom's property is only 3/4 of an acre and may not be worth losing out on the sale of the house. Appreciate any help
