There are two wells going in off Wallace Lake Rd. Both are being drilled from a pad in sec 18 16n 13w. Both are being drilled North, one into sec 8 (ser# 241358) the other in sec 7 (ser# 241555) my section. I own approx 5 acres and am unleased. I was contacted several times about leasing, but the offers were too low (4500.00/ acre).
Now that they are drilling, what would be my best strategy at this point?
Also, if I'm reading the info on Sonris correctly, it looks like the PBHL location is 250' from the North line of the section. If this is correct, I thought the bottom hole had to be a minimum of 330' from section lines. What's going on with that?
A 8" gathering line is being put in right behind my property also. This is a Petrohawk well.
Any info or suggestions would be appreciated.

East, west, north or south. 330' from any unit boundary.
more specifically, perfs can be no closer to 330' from the Unit boundry
Click on Document Access, then click on Document Type, scroll down to "Well permit to drill/Amend" click on it and then on the "View" or Alternate View" icons. The permit will contain a plat which is usually the last page.
Thanks,
That helped. I was using the small drop down menu, and just could't get anywhere.
