I am really getting a run around for some uncashed royalty checks. These checks were written by KCS in 2005 and 2006 to the account held by the Shelby County District Court. They were never cashed. KCS was then bought out by Petrohawk and they by Classic in 2011. Petrohawk says to get the money from Classic and Classic says to get the money from Petrohawk.

I would think that when Classic acquired Petrohawk they would have assumed Petrohawks liabilities and cash reserves. I am at my wits end. Guess I will have to call the lawyer. Classic is of course in contempt of a Shelby County District Court Order to release all funds. So it goes.
