Where's your place in Union parish?
We were offered $250 per acre with 20% royalty with property in Union Parish/Farmerville.

Not a bad offer for that play.
Just my opinion, please don't get mad at me. Just not a whole lot going on in that area. I would take the money and run. And hope they drill me a well. Just my opinion, please don't just take my advice.

You may want to wait on the advice of some ot the smart folks on here.
But you can believe me, the sand plays are not the same as the shale plays. Get yourself a well.
Thats my opinion, and it ain't worth 15 cents.

Ask them what depths they want to lease. Find out what formations they plan to drill to. If it's not Haynesville, and you do lease, make sure you have a good vertical pugh clause in your lease to protect your deep rights.
