Does anyone know anything about the recent commotion in Webster Parish?  I have family and friends there that are wondering what (if anything) has come to light after the completion of the Beusa well in 17N-10W.  Sonris still has the well status as drilling, but I know the well log has been run, and they've moved the rig and trailers.  Seismic crews have been everywhere, and I am never one to try to answer a question if I don't know the answer.  They are curious, and I thought maybe ya'll could offer some insight.  Thanks in advance!

The rig has moved to the Harold Montgomery well. All that is on the Reeves well is fracing equipment and it looks like a new pad is being laid directly across the street on George Chambers property. At least 8 18 wheeler cement trucks drove past my home this morning. Haven't seen a well log result yet, it's on Sonris but when clicked nothing comes up.
I could get to the log, but I am clueless what I'm looking at. That's what I've heard also
Can you make the log an attachment to this site?
It's a .tif file, and when I try to upload it, the website gives me an error saying that internet explorer cannot download .txt files. I can open it and read it, so I don't know what the problem is. Any suggestions? It's 5.8 MB so that may be the issue.
Jay,

what was the bottom hole temp?
Thank you jay.
I'm still trying to upload the file. But can anyone explain the significance of those results so far?? Thank you all for replying!
What does 328 degrees at 14338' tell those of you in the know!
I looked at the log and anything above 115 on the gamma ray looks good to me, I would like to see a Density/Neutron and a mud log, if anyone has one. BHP at 14000' is probably interesting and helpfull . Cotton Valley had some interesting sands and the Bossier Shale if it does not have to much clay might be prospective.
are you talking about montgomery or reeves ?
Has anyone been able to upload the log?
Sonris puts everything in Infran (.tif) form and I haven't been able to successfully convert it to upload on the site.
