Weiser-Brown Exxon Mobile #2 open hole vertical did 4330 bbls oil in 8-10 days(THE WELL)

I dont know the exact way to interpret this well's actual days of production but it appears that this vertical well drilled in union Parish in 2009 obviously produced 4300 bbls of oil sometime during Aug.10-20th 2009, an impressive amount of oil from an open hole completion in the LSBD. Took about 30 drilling days to TD.

Another thread mentioned this as THE WELL that kicked off this play.

Well, here is the Sonris report:

Have the Doles and Dean well logs been released?

If the completion and allowable reports have been submitted to the district office there is the possibility that a paper log copy is filed there.  The logs are not entered in the database as yet.

BML is on file

serial number is 244319

Im getting nowhere pulling of docs on that site for some reason

BLO,

1)click on the link

2) under the criteria tab look for "WELL FILE HISTORIC" close to the bottom and click on it

3)type in the serial number  beside "Well Serial Number"

4)click on box beside "Get associated documents"

5)click on search

Can anyone explain the allowable? seems a bit low??

EFFECTIVE DATE END DATE LUW CODE LUW TYPE CODE ALLOWABLE ESTIMATED POTENTIAL CURRENT ALLOWABLE TYPE
01/01/2013 06/30/2013 306609 7 1019 1019 3

This was classified as a gas well per the state potential test. The allowable is the 1019mcfd reported by the state test.

Oh ok thanks.

The completion report for this well is now available on SONRIS:

http://ucmwww.dnr.state.la.us/ucmsearch/UCMRedir.aspx?url=http%3a%2...

Note that no water is being produced. Top of Smackover is given as 8468 feet so the perforations at 9100-9142 feet are probably in Lower Smackover. Another document at SONRIS says the well is now considered to be in the Tick Creek Field:

http://ucmwww.dnr.state.la.us/ucmsearch/UCMRedir.aspx?url=http%3a%2...

So good, it has skeptics.

According to SONRIS this well produced at the average rate of 270 BOPD and 315 MCFD of gas for the month of January, 2013. No figures were given for NGLs. Also no choke settings were shown.

Reports from NAPE stated that this is a Lower Smackover Brown Dense well. Surprising that a permit hasnt popped up next to it yet given the defined completion method.
