had a gas well drilled in Lincoln parish that was found to not have enough pressure to be productive.  They pulled the well in 2009.  Right now there is just the pad there.  I have been told that they will make this back to where it was originally before the well/pad.  Is this true?

Most likely if the well has been plugged and the casing cut off, the operator assumes they are done with the site and have no further obligation.  Check your lease or surface agreement to see if they have to do more.
