How long does it usually take on average from the spud date until they know the initial pressure date listed in mcf and the choke data i.e. (24/64) etc.  I've been reading all the new completion data on here and was wondering how long it will be until that info is posted.  I know there are many variables and some take longer than others.  Just trying to get a general idea.

Bob, suggest you look at a sampling of wells on Sonris and compare spud date to the well test date.  I assume by "they" you mean the well operator and/or the State.
It took ours 10 months from spud to IP. There was a 5 month period between drilling and frac. The well was flowing 2months after start of frac.
There is little or no correlation between the spud date and posting of completion results.  However from the well test date to the date the completion results are posted to SONRIS Lite is currently running 8 to 10 weeks.  I was in the LOC District Six office day before yesterday and found the well test data but not the completion report for a well that was reported tested the second week of March.  By the time the completion report is approved and posted on SONRIS Lite that well will have been nine weeks.
