Well has been drilled now it is shut in waiting for orders....

The well has been drilled in section 36 in hall summit bracky bayou area but on Sonris it states it has been shut in waiting on orders.  I talked with a lady from philips and she said he had not been fracked yet.  Does anyone know what any of this means?
