This well in 10,9n,12w was completed in 11/2010. It produced through 7/2011 and no production after that. An alternate well serial no 244719 was completed in and showed production in 8/2012 and 9/2012. On the DNR well Information report both wells show the same production for both months. royalty payments have been made for well 244719 but nothing for 240904. The well information report for the 1st well shows a well test type DT-1 on 9/06/2012.

Does anyone know what is going on with this well?

Only SWEPI can explain 240904 being shut-in from July 2011 to August 2012.  If the lease covering the well was past its primary term, SWEPI should have made shut-in payments.  If the lease was still in its primary term SWEPI could shut it in without having to pay the shut-in payments.  Under the state reporting requirements operators report cumulative production for a unit as opposed to reporting for each individual unit well.  That's why the monthly production is the same for the last two reporting months.

According to a Lease Facility Report dated September, 2012, the well is to be P & A'd. There is a work permit 936-12-1.

i dont think they will p & a a well that made 289793  reported on 9-1-12
