That is why the primary terms are at least three years...it takes time to do the work nesessary to put together a leasehold, form a unit (if one has not been formed already), and then do all the work associated with drilling.

Have your neighbors leased yet? To the same company?

Also, not all leases get drilled...

Baron, I c!!! I think they're 5 r 6 of us have done signed!!! With the same Company!!! In which is Chesapeake!!! We signed at 3yrs. 2 opp!!! Could u please explained not all lease get drill!!! If so how come!!!

You havn't provided enough info. 5 or 6 have signed ?? of how many??? 10, 20, 100???

Many leases have been taken. It will be amazing if all are drilled. Before the HA, it was not unusual for leases to not be drilled, maybe nearby wells would show it to be a a bad prospect, etc...

also, three years is a long time, I bet they will drill leaseholds nearer to expiration first.
