MY FAMILY HAS 3 WELLS IN SEC. 33 T16N-13W. DEBROECK 33..  MY QUESTION IS WHY WERE WE GIVEN $6000.00 AN ACRE; ALONG WITH 1/4 OF THE ROYALTIES PRODUCED FROM THIS UNIT . IS THERE ANYONE WHO KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON WITH EXCO AND THEIR DRILLING RESULTS FROM ANY OF THESE WELLS.  SONRIS SHOWS THE FIRST WELL MAXED OT AT AROUND 8000 AND WE RECEIVED 2 OR 3 SMALL CHECKS. I AM HAVING TROUBLE UNDERSTANDING WHAT THE DEAL IS  WITH THE OTHER TWO WELLS.  ANY INFO WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.  WE FEEL TRULY BLEESED AND ARE GENUINELY GREATFUL FOR THE BONUS PAYMENT, BUT AS WE SEE AREAS ALL AROUND US PRODUCE IN THE HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS ; WE WONDER WHAT HAPPENED TO PRODUCTION IN OUR SECTION?  WILL ANY OF THE WELLS EVER PRODUCE.  PLEASE WRITE BACK IF ANYONE KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON , AND IF WE SHOULD CONSIDER SELLING OUR ROYALTIES.  THANK YOU AND HOPE TO HEAR FROM ANYONE WITH INFO OR GOOD ADVICE ON WHAT WE SHOULD DO.

ShaleGeo is right. Don't sell anything. It takes a few months for the company to work out the Division Order. Other than that get in touch with the company and ask what is going on and when you can expect full payment on the royalties.
How many acres do you own in Section 33?  That will determine the size of your royalty check.

From a quick glance as sonris, it appears only one well has been completed and produced for a little while.

It is now shut in, which is why you aren't receiving anymore checks.

However it looks like Exco is in the process of completing a Haynesville well in your section:

If you have a good interest in this well, it should make you far more money than the last one.

I would not sell your royalties yet.

Ryan, the second well you identified (Ser #241740) is not completed in Section 33.

John, the 1st well was a vertical so the reason for the low rate.  Exco's 1st horizontal well had mechanical problems and was plugged & abandoned.  The 3rd well has not yet been spud.

I assume you are leased to Exco but just clarify your status.

By the way, I suggest not typing in all caps.
