What is state projection?

I have two wells drilled by Camterra close to my house (have one acre with 25% royalty). I'm not certain what section my house is in, I need to find out. One of the wells is in section 30, serial #237218, the other is in section 29 serial #238141.

The SONRIS website says they are both complete. One of them is "waiting on pipeline", which seems self explanatory but I have no idea how long it will take to get that online. The other has a status of "waiting for state projection".

Can anyone explain that terminology to me? I assume these companies are anxious to get production as soon after they invest in the drilling as possible.
