Is there alot of leasing going on in Desto this year and what is the average lease bonus price?
I have heard Cheasepeake is not renewing leases or leasing very much right now?

Few companies are offering leases unless there are unleased acres in a section/unit which they are ready to develop.   Usually those are modest size mineral interests which are not required to be under lease for a company to commit capital to drill.  In those cases, I would expect a bonus offer of $1,000 to $2,000.
