Several people have been helped by my postings on gas prices.  So I've decided to ask for your help and I'll collect lease offers.  Yes, there are still many people out there who are receiving offers.  I'll collect the data and post it, if you provide your offers to me.  I'll keep your name confidential, if you ask.  So, if you are getting any lease offers, please send me the following:
-  Company making offer
-  Bonus and royalty and length of primary term
-  Number of acres
-  Section / Township / Range
-  Activity in the unit, e.g., has it been unitized, has a permit been filed, or has the well been spud?
-  Any agreed-upon clauses for an Exhibit A, such as Pugh Clauses, cost-free royalty, no-surface use, etc.
Once I get a few entries in my database, I'll start posting the results.  I hope this will help those who are negotiating leases.
