When are Natgas production cutbacks going to help prices?????

Production is up, storage is waaayyyy up, and we just had the 4th warmest American winter on record.  So, does anyone out there have the knowledge using production numbers, withdrawal numbers, decline rates, and cutbacks from majors like Chesapeake to make us feel better about pricing??

Good article on seekingalpha per CHK cutbacks:

Good "comments" too.  Read Comment by "InvestorIIIl," for some perspective.

My opine only.

Seeking Alpha also has an interesting article about natgas prices.

However, I am still sticking to my rule that says when the number of eggsperts that believe a thing to be true crosses 80% then it's likely the reverse is true. Large groups are usually wrong. It's the herd instinct.

Hang,

"seekingalpha" site is strickly stock-base driven opines...   I often prefer the "comments" over the "articles."   I read all things CHK.

However, let me also add, BIG "grains of salt" here.  And more often than not, I am at odds with both article and comment.

But it never hurts to see/read others' views.  One has the freedom to agree or agree to disagree.

I own no CHK stock, but I am a CHK stakeholder.  I read all things CHK.

Have a Great GHS Weekend, hang.

P.S.  I do agree with opine that CHK's move won't affect nat gas production/prices/storage per se.  The continued Shale Development of the Plays across the U.S. will make CHK's move a moot point.  And, I believe CHK still has to keep "tap dancing" as fast as they can no matter what the economic nat gas environment.  Toooooo Much Debt.  Tooooo Many Debt Holders.

My next truck WILL be powered by NatGas.
