Whose Buying Land With Mineral Rights In Sabine Parish?
My family has 52 acres in Sabine Parish. Sec 6 - 8N - 10w At one time it was leased to Encana. When the lease was up they wanted to renew but my mother felt they had taken advantage if her and rejected their offer. While it was leased to Encana, Devon showed some interest in it but changed their mind when it became available. Can you tell me of any company who buys land with mineral rights attached. The property has been in my family since the early 1900s and we have never seen it. Thank you.
