the reason for holding back two months royaltys is for the o/g company to collect what is owe to them from the sell of gas
So Jon, Do I just forget about those 2 months or will there be a catch up time r what ????? I'm new at this.
robertjr---you will be paid for every mo the well produces but they will always be two mo behind that two months allows the o/g company to collect the funds owed them for the sell of the N/G
Have you been paid royalty on this well already?

Have you signed a division order? Have you provided your SSN# to the operator?

Please elaborate.
Remember it may take several months to prepare a division order. Royalties are held in escrow until the absract is complete and division orders are signed.
Yes i have recieved 2 checks. 1st one was for 8-08,9-08,10-08.... 2nd was for 11-08 I have gotten 10-99 already for 2008.
that sounds about right.
Congrat on your good fortune!
give them a call, its too soon for jan. royalties, but you should have had dec. already....unless they shut in.

Also...did your 1099 have decembers production in it? add up what you got and compare it to your 1099. That check may have just been eaten by the big blue monster at the postal sorting facility.
I can understand about jan.'s royaltys, but dec.'s is no were to be found yet.
My 10-99 was only for 8,9,and10-08. 1st. ck of 09 was nov. I here the well was frac again i don't know that for a fact, but i wonder if that's the problem. Is there a site that updates can be checked on my well.
What do you look under? I have looked at scout reports , wells by sect. wells by serial#
but no new data. Is there a sertain one?
