State Line Rd. area north to Caddo Lake

Has anyone received offers in Sec. 7 on State Line Road north toward Caddo Lake. We have property currently leased until Dec. Any advice? Please comment if anyone has been approached recently or if you have any further information concerning leasing in this area.

Forgot to mention the property is on the Louisiana side of State Line Road.
