Signed a 3 year lease with JPD Energy which expired last month.  Received Application for Public Hearing and Legal Notice from Petrohawk in March 2010 pertaining to HA RA SU72.  I have no idea what this notice means.  Have heard nothing since.  Should I be contacting someone for a new lease or is my property dead in the water?

Chesapeake spud the Adams 30-17-15H #1 in unit HA RA SU72 on April 3, 2011.  Therefore your lease has not expired.  The well has not been reported as complete but the state does list a potential test dated October 27, 2011.  The well appears to be a slightly below average Haynesville horizontal well.  It was
